Our Story
Having taught, lectured, and mentored pupils, students and graduates of all ages, we have seen the importance of learning soft skills for personal and professional development. We have personally witnessed how people of any age can benefit and grow from nurturing their soft skills. We have learned that soft skills are essential for business—and for life. Career Elevator was born out of this revelation.

Who We Are
Fiona McKeon is a highly experienced educator, holds a MA in Educational Leadership and Management, and is passionate about educating for the 21st century. Fiona is a member of The Teaching Council of Ireland. Fiona has been empowering people at all school educational levels through to University and the corporate sector through education, training, and mentoring. She has developed learning programs for all ages to develop and enhance their personal and professional skills through active learning.
As CEO of BizWorld Ireland for over a decade, Fiona founded the organization to bridge the gap between the business and education community, equipping the next generation with the skills for the new global community. These include communication, critical thinking, resilience, decision making, self-awareness, empathy, team building, and innovation.
Fiona has written Career Elevator to empower the next generation, to grow personally, and professionally and unlock their potential. She has
also developed new exciting educational programs as a culmination of her extensive experience empowering people and organizations for over
30 years. These programs can be taken individually or in a group setting. They are for anyone aged 9-99!
